''McMaster Musical Theatre'' (or ''MMT'', as it is often abbreviated)(), officially created in 1983 as a McMaster Students Union club, is one of two semi-professional theatre companies at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. ''MMT'', along with their sister company ''The McMaster Thespian Company''(), present productions annually involving volunteer performers, musicians and crew. ''MMTs productions have taken place at venues across Hamilton including the Robinson Memorial Theatre, the Downtown Arts Centre (DAC) and the Lyric Theatre (previously the Westside Concert Theatre). Their productions run annually at the end of February and into early March. Applications for the production team usually become available at the end of March/early April, with auditions for cast/band and crew applications the following September.
